E.O. 8vo. François Para du Phanjas, French Jesuit philosopher and mathematician born in the castle of Phanjas (Dauphiné) in 1724 and died in Paris in 1797. The 'Eléments' is his intresting treatise on the elevation of thought, the perfection of method and clarity of the style.
