Emigre is a radical graphical design magazine which began publication in 1984, setting out to explore the as-yet untapped and uncharted possibilities of Macintosh-generated graphic design. This retrospective looks at a decade of innovative work, showcasing every cover and providing a catalog of over 80 Emigre typefaces. VanderLans and Licko, editors of the magazine, provide commentary.
