Moscou vu par Cartier-Bresson

This volume is, in effect, a first peek behind the Iron Curtain. When attempts to obtain a visa to enter the country from the Russian Consulate failed, Cartier-Bresson sent a copy of The Decisive Moment to the Society for Cultural Relations in Moscow. Upon arrival, he and his wife moved about freely with an interpreter; he claimed no interference with the resulting work.
