First and only edition. 4to. Report edited by Jean-Gabriel de Moléon on the work of Parent-Duchatelet requested by Mr. Delavau, State Councilor and Prefect of Police. Decorated with 5 folding plates, including 4 contemp. coloured views of the Montfaucon slaughterhouse which was dedicated to the treatment of horse meat (with all its gory details).
