This second version of ‘Le dernier
roman du monde’ differs a lot from
the original 1961 version.
Experimental type layout is used
throughout the text. More than
sixty ‘dactylopòmes’ were
inserted of which 57 are signed or
monogrammed in pencil, (most are
dated between 1963 and 1966).
Many have been marked by
Chopin ‘1/1’, stressing the fact
that they are on their own original
and unique works of art. One
dactylopòme is typed in blue font,
though most are in black or black
and red.

this introduction is important, as
its title ‘pŕambule’ already
