Adelina's Kitchen Dromana

Adelina was born in a small village in Calabria in 1952 and grew up cooking with her Mum. Those early cooking experiences have stayed with her ever since and in her fourth book Adelina has revisited many of her Mums traditional Calabresi recipes. "Every year when I make them for family and friends, great memories of working with Mum in her Calabrian kitchen come flooding back." Adelina is delighted to share many of her Mums recipes with you in her new book.
