Rob de Wijk

Rob de Wijk (b. 1954) is Professor of International Relations at Leiden University and founder of The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS). He has published numerous books, including the bestsellers De nieuwe wereldorde (The New World Order), De slag om Europa (The Battle for Europe) and Het nieuwe IJzeren Gordijn (The New Iron Curtain). He is a frequent commentator on radio and television, a columnist for Trouw and co-host of BNR’s award-winning podcast Boekestijn en De Wijk.
