In 1853-1855, the great French writer Victor Hugo, while in exile on the island of Jersey, channelled thousands of messages from the famous dead. The spirits told him that powerful energies from beyond the grave and from other star-systems were trying to raise up the vibration level of our earth. They told him our participation was essential.
