Dogservations

Dogs are true masters of mindfulness. As we rush around making mental to-do lists and ruminating on how busy and stressful our lives are, they remind us to delight in the moment; to be present. Perhaps it is this Zen-like characteristic that seals our adoration and love for them and which elevates their status beyond that of "man's best friend" to one of role model. If only we could possess that same pure awareness that dogs so unconsciously exhibit.Rocco, the bull mastiff, Ralph, the dachshund, and Simon, the bulldog, are three dogs who have it all figured out when it comes to living the good life. Sometimes droll, oftentimes whimsical, and always lovable, they remind us to seize the moment, appreciate the simple things in life, and follow our hearts, no matter what the predicament.
