Forschung im Queerformat

Many people who do not fit into the hetero-normative grid of society are still disadvantaged in various areas of life. Conducting research and raising knowledge helps meeting this discrimination and the related prejudices and building acceptance. Thus, numerous scientific projects are engaged with the spheres of life of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans*, and inter* (LSBTI*) in the past and present. In this volume, researchers provide insight into their LSBTI* research and discuss current queer perspectives of research. The contributions also expose research gaps and explicate the societal meaning of 'Queerious Research'.
