4to. With, as frontispiece, a signed original lithograph by Vladimír Suchánek. Printed in green, yellow and black in an edition of 73 copies in Romanée type by Ger Kleis. The text was prepared by Marijke Stapert-Eggen and Frank Ligtvoet. The binding of this edition was in the hands of David Simaleavich of the Phoenix Binderij.
