Targeted by Norman Osborn and sliced to ribbons by Daken, the biological son of Wolverine, Frank Castle, the Punisher, is dead. The Legion of Monsters collects and stiches together the remaining pieces of his body and he is reborn as the monster Franken-Castle. The monsters of the Marvel Universe are being hunted and slaughtered by a group of assassins and reviving the military mind of Frank Castle is the legion's last ditch effort at finding their savior.
