Prof. Dr. Kai Reinhardt is Professor of Digital Transformation, Human Resources, and Organization at Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW Berlin). He brings over 20 years of international experience in strategy consulting and corporate leadership to his research on how organizations lead, collaborate, and perform in a distributed world.
