Behind their hard muscles are soft hearts for these gym regulars in Amy Lea's debut romantic comedy.

Full-figured fitness influencer Crystal Chen has built her career by shattering gym stereotypes and mostly ignoring the trolls. The gym is her place of power and positivity until smug new gym patron Scott Ritchie steals her squat rack. Crystal has no stamina for these antics, even if he happens to be a gloriously muscled, charming firefighter who can bench-press her bodyweight like it's cotton candy.



Sparks fly as ultracompetitive Crystal and Scott battle for gym domination. After a series of escalating pranks and jabs unintentionally elevates their heart rates to maximum capacity, the last thing they expect is to run into each other at their grandparents' engagement party.



In the lead-up to their grandparents' wedding, Crystal discovers there is more to Scott than just an unfairly chiseled exterior as they bond over fitness and cheesy pickup lines. But when a photo of the happy couple goes viral, savage internet trolls put their budding relationship to the ultimate endurance test.
