The Bowen Technique

The Bowen Technique is a holistic therapy, originally developed in Australia. Bowen moves are a form of gentle but precise soft tissue manipulation. Energy is released by relaxing muscles and opening pathways. The book is intended as a reference guide whilst the student is being professionally taught as the subtleties of the technique are too complicated to learn without this instruction.
