Their Countess

Once a celebrated courtesan known as The Countess, now Zara Cooper is a thief, alongside her partner and longtime lover, Peregrine "Hux" Huxley. One evening at a glittering party amongst society's elite, they're secretly caught at their games by a handsome and mysterious gentleman, Richard Fitzroy. His invitation to his country estate offers them an opportunity they cannot refuse and they unknowingly join the man who could destroy them. After watching Hux and Zara in an intensely passionate moment together, Richard is drawn to both of them in a way he's not felt for a long time. A way he aches to explore further. When he offers an indecent proposal for pleasure with them both in exchange for his silence on their crimes, they agree to his terms. The three fall into a passion so unexpectedly powerful it overtakes them and throws them into affair that begins to change each of them in ways they couldn't have imagined. Hux has protected Zara for years, becoming her lover and hero, even if he avoids allowing himself to feel anything deeper for her. But when their criminal past comes back to disrupt the pleasurable fantasy they've built with Richard, it will be up to him to decide if he will trust his two lovers to protect him or sacrifice himself to save the two people he's beginning to love.
