Vagabonds

Johann Oldcastle presents to his friend the reader the new book Vagabonds, in which the five very different vagabonds are cast out of their homes and find each other despite initial misgivings to be good friends. Together they are thrown into the middle of the competitive world of two climbers vying with each other to be the first up the deadly north face of the Eiger and the zeal of several people to get their revenge on them. But that is only the beginning. Deep in the snowy icefields and dangerous passes of the alps lurks a secret – which they must find out.
