This companion volume to "World Cruising Routes" has been revised to bring it up-to-date with the many changes that occurred in the early 1990s, from the break up of the Soviet Union to the opening up of many countries formerly out-of-bounds to cruising boats. The book covers over 180 countries, giving details of ports of entry, customs requirements, clearance procedures, cruising permits, ports and medical facilities, health precautions, insurance, hurricane holes, radio and satellitie communications and chart agents worldwide.
