Lucian Freud

The catalogue for a retrospective exhibition on Freud at the Museo Correr, Venice. In collaboration with the British Council, produced with Venezia Musei, supported by Deutsche Bank, the exhibition was curated by William Feaver and included more than ninety works (seventy-six paintings and sixteen etchings), some of them established masterpieces, some new and previously unseen. The work in this show (and the catalogue book here) spans his entire career. One can see the evolution of his style from his early years to the most recent years.
