The poor bastard

After three hugely successful sold-out printings with Kitchen Sink Press, Drawn & Quarterly is bringing back Joe Matt's cartoon classic in a new, completely re-designed fourth printing! Peepshow documents in hilarious and sometimes painful detail the author's life during a four-year period beginning in 198 This is by no means a "cleansed" version of events, where the author tries carefully to make himself look better; this is Joe Matt we're talking about and here he recounts everything from the gradual deterioration of his long and neurotic relationship with his then -- girlfriend to his insatiable obsession with pornography. Funny, compelling, and ultimately tragic, this book is an excellent companion to Matt's later collection, The Poor Bastard.
