Subodh Gupta

The monograph, composed of two main sections, investigates the artist's figure on the one hand through a survey of his works from his beginnings to the present, and focuses on the other hand on the exhibition "There is always cinema," Subodh's experience in the former cinema of San Gimignano which gave rise to the series of works presented by Galleria Continua. The work is completed by critical essays by the well-known French critic Nicolas Bourriaud and the Italian Elio Grazioli, as well as an extensive collection of illustrations exemplifying the artist's unique creations using various utensils and cookware.
